Elle looked fantastic at a recent movie premiere in Los Angeles. The budding starlet wore head-to-toe Valentino. The bow on the classic black dress along with the shorter length made kept her looking young and fresh. Elle's makeup was age-appropriate, and those Heidi-esque braids are awesome. We would love to get our hands on a pair of her studded flats!
